Ilse Laurijssen is post-doctoral researcher at Research Group TOR, with experience in several large-scale educational projects, i.e. the SONAR longitudinal school-to-work research project, the successive Flemish Policy Support Centres for Educational Research, and currently involved in the Flemish Policy Support Centre for Central Testing in Education. Her research focusses on social inequalities (i.e. gender, social background or ethnic origin differences) in educational careers and in the transition from education to the labour market.
