This policy support centre conducts research in order to provide Flemish educational policy with scientific evidence.

In a interuniversity collaboration, research concentrates on the following domains:

• macro perspective of the Flemish educational system
• careers of pupils
• careers of teachers
• the link betrween education and labour market.

In the context of this last research domain, the research group TOR analyses the careers of students in Flemish higher education.
